need guidance to apply for HSMP

Post by annay » Tue Jan 26, 2010 11:41 am

Hi,

My father is an retired govt employee(agriculture and Cattle projects). He is interested to come to UK for some time to work here . But in olden days there were no degrees like today and he has only pre-university course qualification from an education board and after that he recieved training from his Agricultural University and he became certified in Dairy Management. He has his earnings history to 400000/anum and and maintance cost available with him at present. He does not have any english qualification . But he has Work Experience in his relevant field for more than 20 yrs.He is so much interested to see this culture and work here for some time.

Can anyone who is having knowledge in the visa procedures guide me on which or what kind of visa he is eligible to apply to come here for work.Alsoi want to know if he is eligible to to apply for HSMP.

Thanks in advance for the people who's sharing the information.

Qualifications and English language proficiency are key parameters for applicants wanting to apply for the point based immigration schemes (e.g. - Tier 1) that allow the applicants to work in UK.

Details of various categories available to migrants who want to work in the United Kingdom are available on the UKBA website.
