hi new here and need advice please, my wife is a thai national she is living and working in uk under eea family permit, she has 5 year resident stamp with 3 yrs remaining, we are seperated now for 9 mths and i am still exercising my rights under eea law, anyway my wife goes vback to work after 1 year off on maternity pay from her employer, the thing is this, can she claim benefits ? if she cannot claim benefits then can she claim housing benefit on top of her working family tax credit as she is a single parent on low income. advise much appreciated thankyou
