Hi All


I want to know that if someone is living in one bedroom flat with two children and on housing benefit are they eligible to sponsor their parents . and is housing benefit public fund.

you wont be able to sponsor u parents as you are using public funds.
stop the benefits and start full time job.

Basically you want to sponsor your parients assuming both father and mother, but you dont have enough earnings to support them, being on benifits mean that you dont have enough money even for yourself and family that is why taking help from council.

Plus you dont have enough space in your house for your parients to live comfirtably, it is already one bed room flat.

It will be too small for four adults and two children.

You can invite them! But that depends on whether they can afford to sponsor (finance and accomodate) themselves!
