college not in tier 4 list

iam holding a tier 4 student visa but my college is not in tier 4 list can i come to uk.will i face any problem at the immigration bcoz of this reason....wen i applied for visa the college was in the tier 4 list and i got the visa on 22 dec ,my validity of visa starts fron jan 15 2010 and my college was supposed to start on 15 feb.....wat shd i do plz help???

Page 50 of the Tier 4 guidance clearly states that:

"If the student has a visa letter that he/she got before his/her approved education provider’s licence was suspended and have already been granted permission to enter the United Kingdom but he/she has not yet travelled, the student is advised not to come until we have resolved the suspension.Students are advised to check the sponsor’s register before he/she travels in case there has been a change in his/her sponsor’s circumstances."

sir.. it take how much time for this procces..

the college will be back... or not.. iif it will be back.. It take how much time(APPROXIMETLEY)..
