Visa Latter Expired

I applied for VISA on 8 of January 2010 for MSc to University of Leicester from Islamabad Center PAKISTAN.

The last date of joining classes was 29 January 2010.

I emailed Abu Dhabi regarding this problem and 28 of January i got a reply emailed that its under process and awaiting extension from uni.

But i know uni will not give more extension and will deferred me next session.

Will embassy accept deferred latter from uni..?

If they accept then what the decision will made on Deferred Latter...?

If they do not accept it then what will happen...?

I am very confused and upset now.

Please advice me and share your experience relevant to this problem

Hello man..

you got extension letter from your college? your classes will start from 28th january or extension is included in this date?..

i am also going to Apply on 15th Feb 2010, my classes are starting from 1st march but i got extension letter from college upto two weeks , i guess its fine... share your views

my classes has been started on 11 of jan and last date was 29 jan 2010. now they can provide me only deferred latter for next session october 2010 not more extension for this session.
Your case is also risky because some time they make delays more then 30 days. so try to apply as early as much u can.
and keep in mind rules a going to change by 22 feb onward.

bro my case is a bit better than urs. as i have 10 working days before my classes and 10 more working days after my classes has commenced.. actually i cannot apply before 15th because of 28 days statement. which ya good luck bro..

Best of luck.. but hope fully they will make issue on new upcoming rules that will apply on 22 feb.

Sorry but I can't resist pointing out that its lEtter and not lAtter. You are trying to go to UK on a student visa so I guess you should spell better.

no..CAS will be implemented from 22nd feb those who submitted their applications on 21st feb or earlier dun require CAS.

But if they deferred me in next session for September 2010,
will they can issue me visa now for September session 2010.. ?
r with draw now i have to wait for CAS number and will have to apply as a fresh case in June July..?
r any other option..?

Can any body explain what is the difference between the Deferred letter and Offer (Unconditional) Letter for next session...?

If anyone got visa Letter points but its joining date gone expired then what should he have to shows Abu Dhabi...Offer Letter or Deferred Letter??

Is the visa Latter for next session is necessary to submit or just offer Letter is enough in that case.?
