Name in passport and in work

Post by Senonthachil » Tue Feb 02, 2010 4:28 am

Hello All,

I have my complete name expanded in the passport as "Senon Thomas Thachil", but in the work address i opted for the simplified display name as "Senon Thomas", do i need to submit any supporting document for this? (Some HR letter or something), or will taht be a problem at the time of application?

Relax, i had the same issue and was not even asked one question about this. I had my full name in passport, bank statement, my last name missing in employment and initials and my middle name in education certificates. I think more than half the people applying from India (by far the most tier 1 and tier 2 immigrants) have similar issues by nature of our naming conventions and HO got used to it by now.
