HSMP to T1 Payslip doesnt match with bank statement

I am a HSMP visa holder and planning to go for T1 extension soon. Yesterday I was verifying my privious company payslips and found there is mis match the amount deposited vs net amount specified for 2 months in 12 months period. The amount differencce was 10 pounds for one month and another month is 20 pence. It is very small company and the accounts were managed through a third party accountant. That was a mistake of previous company owner not depositing correct net amount. Please advice me the best way to deal with. I have only left few days to do anything.

Get a letter from the company which acknowledges the mismatch and you will be fine. The letter should mention the correct amounts and corrective action taken.

Best option is to get a Letter from that employer explaining the conspiracy(difference) in the Salary slip and bankstatement.. (the employer saying it was their mistake blah blah...) please make sure it is on the company letter head and if the employer mentions just those 2months it is enough..

check the employer letter/ table format in chetan's sticky above.
