H & C Question for my fellow peeps :)

Hi everyone,

Hope all you guys are in n good health and enjoying the winter. My Question is, would I be able to lodge a H&C application and maybe if me and my gf decide to marry later on lodge an other application under sponsorship by her that is obviously :O)?.

To summarize my situation, I have been here for 9 years, came in 2001 and lost status in 2004. Nontheless I managed to Graduate 2 advanced college diplomas (paid for with internation student tuition) I am also fluently bilingual f/e, and I am involved with a local church community doing charitable work. Oh btw never had trouble with the law exept for the non-status delima which I wish i never ran into.
