Tier 1 Visa Extention for Dependent (Form)

Hello All,

I am bit confused i have filled up Visa Extension Form PBS(D) . But UK Visa Web site has displayed Form 01/10 as Latest . But PDF Form says on Front Page ---

For dependants of Tier 2 and Tier 4 Migrants, this is also an application for a Biometric Immigration Document .
Whereas they mentioned on the Form where to send form for Tier 1 Dependent.


Which Document i should Use PBS(D) or PBS 01/10. Need to send application ASAP.

There is nothing called HSMP Tier 1!! It si either HSMP or Tier 1! When did you receive your initial HSMP approval?

On my passport it say HIGH SKILLED MIGRANT PROGRAMME.
i got initial approval from India. Currently i am applying from UK , for me and my wife.

Which form i should use ?

When did you receive your initial HSMP approval? If you cannot remember, tell me the issue date on your HSMP visa.

Thanks for quick reply.

HSMP Approval was received on 7th September 2007
Got Visa from 12th March 2008 to 12th March 2010.

Main applicant: Application for initial entry (switching) or extension of stay within Tier 1 (General) - main applicant (Valid from 1 October 2009)
Dependent: Application for an extension of stay as a dependant of a points-based system migrant

what do you mean by Biometric Immigration ?

This is a common form for all PBS dependents .. be it Tier 1/2/4/5!

Go to page 44 and start reading everything under "Identity card for Foreign Nationals" - *carefully*.
