Previous earnings - please help

I am working as a teacher in a private firm.
I have an employers letter clearly showing my salary and the dates i have claimed them. But my problem is i used to get the amount in cash which i used for other investments instead of depositing in my bank account. So my bank statement will not be an exact reflection of my salary deposits.
So please can anyone advice me what i shall produce as the second proof of my earnings? Will a letter from my Chartered accountant be enough? please help me. Please give me a proper guidance.

Members have already responded to your queries and, IMHO, provided "proper" suggestions / feedback / guidance which is in line with what the Tier 1 (General) policy guidance document states are acceptable documentary evidence(s) for previous earnings by salaried applicants. If in doubt, please read para 135-142 (both inclusive) and, in particular, para 138(vi).
