Hi , i have some last minute questions please help me with them

1) In the form where we are mentioning the earninngs for last one year , what details we need to provide. I have had only one employer.

4.6 Earnings Table - You should complete the following table giving details of previous earnings being claimed. If earnings
originated from more than one source, you should enter each source separately. The electronic Self-Assessment Points
Calculator will explain the purpose of the fields below
