There is none that I have heard on this board from.

Best bet is to join the group fighting this case in high court. Rizoo or HitMan. We are sure to win. Then noone can stop you from applying for Tier-1 (G)/Work Permit or continue with your studies.

Do you have any update on that CCL case ? the thread hasn't been posted on for long time.

i dont have any update bro.......but i came from pakistan after six months....i came back about two weeks back...and no body asked my about ccl..or any college or uni..thye checked my visa..asked qualification and some simple Qs like job...etc

You are lucky to have come through unscathed. Now all I can advise is to join the CCL movement of students to protest against unlawful tactics of Home Office and UKBA.

Remember the old saying.. 'Unity is Strength'

So as long as we are all together, we can overturn the ridiculous decision taken by Test Case Tribunal, so lets fight against this and bring the truth out.
