Hi

I applied for TIER 2 and met the requirements of para 245ZD but refused on general grounds.

I applied for AR and ECM uphold decision, it was refused under para 320(7A). As I submitted GENIUNE documents and along with review and further verified document supporting the review. But ECM hold ECO decision.

Q. As all the documents provided with application and review were geniune, Can I go for fresh application or appeal against that decision to AIT?

My contract has been started in UK. Please advise me.

This requires some technical understanding of all these so called ''paragraphs,grounds and abbreviations.'' you've mentioned, would it be possible for you to explain in detail? So that some senior members could review and suggest you on the situation.

On the other hand, there could be someone in this forum who has actually been through the same phase as you, and might give you a straight answer. Just watch this space.

Administrative Reviewer hold the decision of ECO which was refused for entry clearance. As the decision on grounds of 320 7A by representing false document which was wrong. I sent additional documents as mentioned in notice for review. Now what should I do 1) Go for new application 2)or Appeal to AIT?. All evidence and documents provided with application and review were geniune.

Under PBS I met all requirement and awarded points as claimed.

Please suggest me!
