Hello, I am posting this one on behalf of one of my friends who wants to apply through an agent although I tried to persuade her she does not have to. Anyway please recommed an agent you have used and are happy with its services.

All agencies that deal with immigration have to be registered at the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.

You should be able to get a list of all solicitors there, including an areawise search to get one nearest to you.
