Immigration legal aid

Post by zizou10 » Fri Feb 12, 2010 3:36 pm

Hi guys,

Does legal aid in immigration look bad on my behalf from the eyes of the government?

Sincere regards,

Othman

I suspect it would be different depending on the circumstances. If you are a refugee I think it would be perfectly fine.

However, if you are applying to Canada as an investor I think that would raise a few eyebrows.

What would you be using the legal aid for, and what government or agency would be paying for it, and why do you need a lawyer at all?
