I did'nt extend MY HSMP can I re-apply

Post by bermuda1983 » Sun Feb 14, 2010 3:06 am

I had my HSMP for two years, but I wasn't working in the UK, I fly to UK a week before my visa expired to extend the visa,I wanted to extend my visa in person but they said since I wasnt working in the UK I needed to submit my application by post. I had to return back to where I am working. So my question is that my visa has now expired, can I be able to make a successful fresh application? Not using my intial HSMP will this affect my new application? And any other information that I need to be aware of with regards to this will be more than appreciated. Thanks!
