British Citizenship for child born outside UK

Post by kpr29 » Tue Feb 16, 2010 5:49 pm

Hi There
My husband and I got ILR in May 2008.
My twins were born in India in Nov 2008. They are now in UK with us on Settlement visa status (got Settlement visa in June 2009).
My Husband and I are now applying for British Citizenship. Can you please suggest if I can apply for my kids citizenship along with our application?

Inshort, My husband and I are on ILR status, my kids are on Settlement visa status. Can I apply for my kids citizenship?

Thanks
KPR
