HOW!? - To Use My Dual Nationality Passport?

Post by nelsontcs888 » Tue Feb 16, 2010 8:39 pm

Malaysian vs US Passport

I have both Malaysian & US passport. And, I plan to move back to Malaysia for a year or more for job offering, which required a lot of travel to oversea countries.

I know I MUST "Enter & Exit" U.S. via US passport, but...

1) Can I use US passport to enter Malaysia (without being caught)?
2) Let's say I enter Malaysia via US passport; can I exit Malaysia via my Malaysia passport while on my work duty which travel to other Asian countries?
3) Can I renew my stay (US passport) after 90 days just by travel out to Singapore or Thailand and re-enter Malaysia, so that my stay with US passport would be re-count again?

Any advise?

Malaysia does not allow dual citizenship, which means your Malaysian passport is not a valid travel document.
You could get into trouble for what you are planning to do.

You may want to ask on a different forum. This one deals with US immigration issues.
