PSW to Tier2

I want some legal advice on this issue I am facing at the moment

I am on PSW expiring on 13th May 2010 and I started job with my employer on 23th Nov 2009 and I will have have 6 salay slips until April 2010 although I have been paid partly in Nov 2009 so am I still eligible to switch to Tier2 as I will be having six salay slips.

Could you please help me !!

u started job on 24th Nov09. i.e 30-23=7days
plus Dec, Jan, Feb, March, April, (5months) and
dedline May =12days 'latest'

7+12= 19days! Find out if HO wld accept this as 1month bt I think u shl b ok.
