Implication to do contracting as Pvt Ltd company

Hi Friends,

I would like to get your advise on the implication to work as a contractor under private limited for HSMP extenstion.

As normally, these companies people form to prevent paying heavy tax, but if at the end of tenure we can't show that we payed good tax it could have issue on HSMP renewal.

If anyone has the similar experience then please do update me.

The umbrella company is only to protect you from IR35. But still you would be paying your tax (PAYE) and NI.

I do not see any problem.

It poses no problem as far as extension is concerned. I extened mine based on working though a limited company
