Tier 2 extension

Hi,

I have a Tier 2 Visa at the moment. I wanted to know, whether the COD remains the same when applying for the extension of Tier2 visa or do you have to show a higher salary within the same code of practice.

My code of Practice used in the beginning for the Tier 2 visa was 2132, as a Graduate developer.

Now for the extension can the same job title and salary be shown or higher salary, necessary to be shown.

Did your Job title changed since you got ur last Tier2Visa? In anycase i would be cautious to check that You are paid the minimum required salary as per the CODE OF PRACTICE for your current Job Title.. If you satisfy that part i think you are in safe zone..
