Previous Earnings ***URGENT***

Post by silversurfer » Wed Mar 03, 2010 11:01 pm

Dear Members,

Need your urgent help.
Can a salaried employee produce accountant's letter to confirm that the ammount claimed has been received by the applicant and has been confirmed as genuine?

Regards,
silversurfer

The accepted form of supporting documents for a salaried employee are either the salary slips or the letter from the employer

Just make sure when you do that - you have to have these details in there on the document you get from them :

- Should all be on the Employer letter head
- date of letter
- Signed and stamped with company seal
- also carrying the contact address and phones
- MOST IMPORTANT - should carry the details as in a table with - Salary month, Gross Amount, Deductions, Net amount, Bank credit date (if possible)

All information you provide in here should under all circumstances be matching with the amounts credited in your bank account that you will be showing for earnings and /or maintenance funds.

So NET AMOUNT = BANK CREDIT AMOUNT

In BA site i saw that, you can claim points for gross amount that you earned, and another line says your salary before tax.

Does this mean that i can show my whole earning before all kinds of deductions? (Office loan, transport, etc)

Regards and many thanks in advance

Your earning will be before all taxes/deductions.

You will not be able to show reimbursements that are not fixed and not part of your employment contract. Office loan is just a loan and your earning will be before deducting your office loan.

I understand HO guidlines doesn's ask. But, if there are discripencies or not enough clarity can an accountant's letter be used to certify the earnings on top of payslips and bank statements.
