Tier 1 (General) Form

Hello,

A last minute question. Is it ok if I fill up the application form with Blue ink/ballpoint pen??? Or is there any specific requirement like black ink/ballpoint???? URGENT!!!

This form must be completed in blue or black ink.

One more question regarding section 4.1 (Contact Details). My current address (which is almost permanent now) is different than my address on passport. What to do???

Regarding section 5b (Parents details)
Do I need to provide any proof to support the given information parents' date of birth proof n all?????

- Current address shd be fine and it is Ok

- Dont need to give any proof for parents details.. since their names will be in ur passport that is enough
