UK Tier -1 General Visa: Regarding Name on my passport and

Hi All,
I am planning to apply UK Tier-1 General Visa, So i have prepared all the documents to apply, Now i have the below doubt.

As per my Passport name :Karunakaran Mailam Subbarayan.

Given name is :Karunakaran
Middle name : Mailam
Father name /Surname is :Subbarayan

As per All in my Certificates My name is : Karunakaran . M . S

Will it be a problem? When apply UK Tier-1 General Visa.
So Kindly any one tell me how can i move further.

If you currently in India get a letter from notary stating that both the names refer to the same person and that is you.

you can make an affidavit from your home country, saying that both the names belongs to one person "you". This will surely suffice and required too.
