QUESTION pls..:)

Post by quivvergod » Wed Mar 10, 2010 3:26 pm

Guys,

Here is my situation:

Im still waiting for my student visa extension for 5months now. I believe it is currently on hold since my college lost its license.

Im currently employed and working just 18hrs a week. Unfortunately, they are now looking for my visa.

Question:

1. Is it possible to call home office and ask them for an updated letter stating that they still have my papers/passport and that its still on hold?? so atleast I have something to show my employer.

tnx!

College???? = below degree????

you shouldn't be working 18 hours a week! it's maximum 10 hours now per week for below degree students.
