Tier1 & passport validity

Hey all,

Have a small query :) .

One of my frds wants to apply from WP dependent to Tier1 from her home country in Jan 2011( she is eligible as per current Immi rules). However, her Passport is valid till Jun 2013. Can she apply in jan 2011 Or does she need to get a new passport with more years of validity into it?

No, it is ok..

The passport should have a minimum of 6months validity on the day you apply for visa..
