POINTS IN THE CASE OF SPOUSE

Dear Sir ,

Presently I am on student visa and completed my course here . I am planning to apply for HSMP FOR over 28 year age category . Before applying , I want to clear following doubts

1) SPOUSE POINTS : We are married since last eight years and living together in my home country upto Jan,05 . We can also show the proof as per your requirement of HO . Since Jan ,05 I am in UK on student visa , AS British council has not granted me a dependable visa for her

So in my case rule of living with partner since last two year will be valid or not . Further during Jan05 to till date , I have visited my country two times for one month and my spouse has also visited me in UK during my summer break on visitor visa FOR 1.5 MONTH . .All together we have lived 2.5 month together in last one year also .

I request you to guide me besides the documents as listed in the HO web sites , what others documents I should submit to prove we are living together since last two year . As I was on student visa and my wife could not joined me here during this time because I was not been granted the dependent visa for her .

Your sincere advise will help me to submit the HSMP application in a more systematic & authentic way.
