necessary documents for maintenance by sponsor..???

Hi eveyone,

After my refusal to my first attempt due to maintenance funds...My company is ready to provide me the accommodation & maintain me in my first month...

Can anybody help me out with a draft of the covering letter which the company should provide for me to submit here when applying from my end.

I mean like...do they need to mention in detail like food, accommodation, travel & so....or prove the funds in their bank ac. that shall get utilized for my expenses there.... And if a public ltd do they need to prove that the funds can be utilized for such purpose????

Pls help as I dont want to take any more chances.
