question about Re-entry under PSW

Hi everyone

I am in UK right now under PSW which I have applied in UK and will be expired in January 2012.

Due to the difficulty of getting a job I plan to go back to my home country in July and willing to return to UK again in December for an NVQ test for 10 day and go back home again.

Do you think am I still allowed to enter under PSW? or I should apply for another visa?

Or can I come to visit UK under PSW for a few days without working?

its a 2 year work visa you can go wherever you want and do whatever you want in that 2 years but when it expires it expires

what circumstances? im 99% sure you dont need to tell HO about your situation as they dont care.
