Visitors visa change status

Hi guys

Am i able to change from a 2year visitors visa to a spousal visa from within the UK or would i need to apply from outside the UK.

im married to a british citizen hence spousal visa.as we going over for a holiday too see her parents and then gonna travel abit of europe but while travelling i wanna apply for spousal visa while we in UK or must we i do it from outside.
