Which Tier 1 Rule will apply if we apply for Tier 1 be4 Aprl

Hi,

I was in process of applying for Tier 1 with all docs ready

Which Rule will be applicable to applicant who apply before 6th April say 31st March?

as normal process time is of 6 weeks. will they consider Application received date or date on which they will actually stamp VISA which may be after April 6.

Any Thoughts? or do you know whether they can confirm this on telephone, if yes, contact number where we can ask our query?
