Maintenances funds-Two Sources - DATES of documents

Maintenances funds-Two Sources - DATES of documents

For showing Maintenances funds, I would be using two sources (Bank Statements + Fixed Deposits). I would be getting required letters from my bank for fixed deposit to confirm Liquidity etc…Also I will get 3 months bank statements from bank to show / confirm the balance, is there a trick in terms of date on which the fixed deposit letter should be generated from bank, as the case worker should be able to reconcile the funds & if it’s not on same date, they can refuse it? Or it’s not really that important & I am been cynical…Any Thoughts, please?

I am also using combination of FDs and Savings Account for showing Maintenance.Do I have to include the Savings account letter showing minimum amount in 3 months in GBP or simply thebank statement showing transactions in 3 month period in INR is sufficiant?
