I came to the UK on Tier 1 general last year in January. I was wondering if someone can tell me whether I am UK/UE applicant or International? Any help greatly appreciated!

What is UE?
There are two ways that you can apply for Tier1,
1. In-Country. intial or extension
2. Out of Country

you're only classed as a UK/EU student if you're a UK/UE national OR
On Indefinite leave OR
Spent last 3 years in the UK under any visa other than student
OR if you're an asylum seeker i think
