When should I leave my Company?

I'm right now with a company under Tier2. I'm having an offer with another
company.

Under new scheme, even if I get the sponsorship with the new company,
I can't work until I get the Bio-Metric Card.

In that case can I work with my previous company until I get my FLR?

I'm in a similar position and my new employer told me two weeks ago (when I accepted the offer) not to resign until they give me the green light to do so, as if things are not ready for me to move after my last day at the current employer, it might mean I have to leave UK and apply again.

The only difference is I'm on WP not on Tier 2. I'm expecting things to go ahead within the next week. hopefully, I'll update you within the next few days.
