Tier1 Initial Entry

I got my Tier1 visa in August 2008.Its expiry is August 2011.But I couldnt travel to UK till now since I was working in US.I am planning to travel to UK this April end to look for jobs.Will there be any issues during airport immigration check.Will the immigration officer stop me from entering because of this

No, you can enter uk as long as your visa is valid...
