If anyone would like to take advice from a person currently studying in UK and analysing the situation for student and other immigrants here, I would say go to Europe, Canada or Australia to study. They are much more flexible than UK and Europe is even launching a blue card immigration system for skilled immigrants now as there is great shortage of skilled people there. Canada is a great option. they welcome skilled immigrants and so does Australia. UK is getting more and more hostile towards immigrants. Especially with the new elections looming in the ditance, you cannot tell what new and harder immigration policies they will apply. I would say, go somewhere you will be appreciated and welcomed and have to spend less money and still get a high class life standard, not somewhere you are not wanted, considered a burden despie paying unfairly high fees compared to local students, and where living expenses are very very high and getting jobs is extremely difficult too, and where you are considered to be stealing jobs from the local people and where immigration rules change at the drop of a hat and further leave to remain is getting more and more difficult to get. Here they change immigration rules so frequently that people who have worked hard for their nextstep in immigration, find themselves lost. Go where you will be able to have a better future and better immigration chances as a qualified student later on.
