Aftermath of an Appeal (Tier1 General)

Post by Exhausted2002 » Thu Apr 01, 2010 6:19 pm

Dear all,

I'm having difficulties in renewing my passport under Tier1 General Migration after a succesful hearing at AIT Hatton cross. Here's my time line

Initial application: 08th Oct 2009
Refused: 24th Nov 2009
Appealed: 09th Dec 2009
Appeal allowed: 24th Feb2010
Determination letter received: 3rd Mar 2010

After chasing up Feltham HOPU and Angel square on 02089172039 and 02070841972 many times, my files with relevant paperwork finally been forwarded to Tier 1(Highly skilled 9) in Sheffield yesterday

I'm stuck at this point and neither have a contact number of UKBA in Sheffiled nor a correspondence address.

I'm wondering if any one of you could help me with this situation to expedite the actions need to be taken at sheffield in-order to send me a passport request letter.

Thanks in advance

After looking into the thread, there may be almost 6 weeks for the call in letter from HO!

IMO, you may receive it(Call in Letter) from HO by mid may, looking at the time lines for this service.
