hello

I have applied for a student visa in UK that is i am switching from past study work into student. My passport and other documents are right now with the home office. Now my question is my extension of visa to stay in UK under student is being refused so how should I appeal. what is the procedure of appealing and how long it will going to take for judgment and what is the fees for appealing.Please help me.

You cannot appeal until the application has actually been refused. Wait till you get the refusal letter and appeal form. There is no fee for an appeal, but there are fees if you want to go to a solicitor probably.

The period until the appeal can vary. Do you think you will win?
