Medical aid benefit

My salary consists of a cash portion$XXXX, plus a 100% company contribution on my medical aid $XXXXX, plus a monthly cell phone allowance $XXXX and a 50% company pension contribution $XXXX. All this makes up my monthly package. Do I use this to calculate my earnings or I only use the cash portion, I'm confused..?
