Post by salman83 » Tue Apr 06, 2010 6:24 pm

Hi all,

I am on Tier-1 General and my wife is going to apply for visa from outside UK. Do I need to send P60 document. I am sending the pay slips and employment letter.

Thanks in advance.

In my case, they sure requested P60 form along with sufficient funds without access to public funds and residence proof, like tenancy document or mortgage papers.

Actually, my company will give me the P60 at the end of the month as it is the end of the financial year. But, my wife needs to apply for visa next week.

So, at the moment, I am stuck.

Any help from the seniors.

Regards.

Payslips and employment letter should suffice along with other mandatory docs.
IMO, you can send a covering letter jotting down all the docs you are submitting and reason for not submitting P60. Good luck.
Njoin with my new iPAD ....it's really magical....

Please be advised that if you are applying from New Delhi for work permit or tier 1 dependent visa, these days they are taking 15 to 90 days.

So you may want to plan accordingly.
