Overseas Bank Certificate

I need to apply for tier1 General and help regarding my funds, I have around £5000 in my overseas bank account from last three months but not much money available in my UK bank account. Let me clear i aslo presented my bank certificate that i had funds in my account from last 3 months when i got my PWS visa and that got accepted.

My questions are

1) is that ok if i provide bank certificate confirming my money from last 3 months.

2) secondly i noticed on UKBA website calculator giving me 30 points towards my PG Diploma. ( Just noticed).

I am facing the similar situation. and believe that shouldn't be a problem since nothing specific is mentioned regarding such case.

However SENIORS please confirm and advice.

This is because PG Diploma is at a higher band level than bachelors but not masters degree and hence it picks up the threshold level of BACHELORS
