tier age points , help needed

I am completing 30 yrs on 2nd june 2010, i am planning to apply for Tier 1 in may, will i be considered 29 in may and get 20 points for age ??

Yes, if you apply in may then you can get the 20 points for your age. The age used is the age used on Date of Application. Typically, if applying outside of the UK, date of application is the day you actually pay for the visa. So provided you pay for the visa in may, you should be fine.

I will also complete 30yrs on july 01, so if I pay for the visa and submit visa at VFS office on june 29 or 30th will I get 20 points?
