Hi Moderators,
I note you have moved my post back to ILR section, f2k from there had suggested I seek opinion here.
To rephrase I wanted advise regarding how to apply for ILR for my daughter who has been on dependent visa in UK for past 5 yrs. She coudnt apply with me for ILR, and now UKBA tells me that she has to apply under' other relative' category using SET F form, as my status is now ' settled'.
Appreciate any advise, many thanks
