Need some guidance for transfer of sponsor tier 2

Hi All,

I am currently working on tier2 with an Indian firm sponsor. I am on the verge of getting a new job with another employer in London who is a registered sponsor. Unfortunately I cant make it to Tier 1 based on salary earnings lack.
What is the procedure of transferring my tier 2 to a new sponsor. Is it a tedious process? Does anyone has a prior experience in this regard?

- If your job is not listed in the SHORTAGE JOBs list

- Your New employer should advertise the position in national media/newspaper as per the rules for a certain time period

- then should issue an Certificate of Sponsership for you

- Using this you should apply for Tier2(G) Visa..
