EU1 Application still waiting, Stamp4 expiring in 7 days...

hi guys,

i submit the EU1 application on 19th Oct 2009 and i got a stamp 4 visa until apr 19th 2010. today is the 12th of Apr and i still havent heard anything back from them...

they did send me a letter in Nov 09 ask me for the PRTB letter.
i didnt have the letter until Feb 2010 and i sent them my PRTB letter as soon as i received it in FEB 2010.

just wondering will this delay the process of the application?

my wife and I wrote a letter to them asking for the progress and they replied that '' they will contact us in coming weeks''

what should i if i dont hear anything back from them and my visa expires?
did everyone here receive the result in 6 months?
if there is any delay cases, please reply this post

my case very samilar to ur case,,,,,,my visa ex this week ,,,,,but still no response,,,,,but this is high posibility for get response from them this week.....if i get any news i will let you know,,,,,

Contact your local TD and ask them to write to DOJ asking for an update of the case and to remind them that by law they have to give you an answer within 6 months.

You could also quote the recent case by John Tagni, who won against Minister for Justice, for not processing the application within the proper times.

This should get you a speedy reply.

i do know 2 cases,,,,wat happen is their both stamp 4 expired. after 6 month 10 days FIRST ONE got refused becos she is not ex,,sing eu treaty . SECOND one he havent got any response yet from DOJ,he sent p45 during 6 month becos his wife lost job...may be they hold his case until she get a new job,,,,may be i m wrong,

i dont realy know wat gonna happen to me ,,,,,,, you all.
we are realy in dark,,,,

you need to have faith, i hope DOJ learnt the lesson from John Tagni's case.
i just want to hear the result before my visa expires.

i have emailed SOLVIT 2 days ago and they have emails DOJ regarding to my application, DOJ confirmed that i will receive the result next monday which is the last day of my stamp 4 visa.

hope you have received yours these days

hi iluvireland, i received a reg letter note on friday, i went to the post office to collect the letter but it is closed as i went after work.
i am going to collect it on monday and i believe this is the result.
i hope you will receive yours soon as well and god bless my result!
