Application from Tier1 from united states

Hello,

I am in H1b in the united states. I want to apply for Tier1 General skilled immigration and i have the required points to qualify. Does anyone know whats the next step once i fill the online application form? Please provide me the details.

at the time of filing the online application you will be asked to schedule a biometric appt at the nearest uscis center.

once the online visa application has been submitted you would need to take the biometric confirmation printout (from the same website, do not take printout of the email) with you to the uscis center you selected.

once your biometric page has been stamped mail this alongwith the main application and supporting docs to the nearest bhc.

they will send two emails: once when they receive your packet and next time when they decide on your application

i applied to ny bhc and mine was approved in less than 9 days.
