HSMP APPROVAL LETTER: Sep 2006
EC STAMED : OCT 2006
ENTERY IN UK : MAR 2007
GOT EXTENSION (3 YRS): OCT 2008 TILL OCT2011
I applied for extension UNDER HSMP JR JUDGMENT and I got extension for 3 years, with a sticker stating visa type: Tier1 (Genral) Migrant.
Now I am Short of 5 month for ILR. In Oct2011 again I need to apply for 2nd extension.
So my question is: As I got my 1st extnesion under HSMP JR JUDGMENT rule. but my visa type stating as Tier1 (Genral) Migrant.
Will I be able to apply for 2nd extension again under HSMP or I have to switch under Tier1???
