Clarification Required on Earnings

Hi ,

I am planning to apply for Tier 1 in the coming week.I have a certain query which i want to clarify before i go ahead and apply for the same.

If i take into consideration my past earnings of 12 mnths(apr' 09 - mar ' 10) i get 25 points for my earnings and i fulfill the mandatory 75 points.

However my question is that i was in UK on a business trip in march from 21st march - 10th april and i was being paid daily allowances. Can i still claim the salary paid for march in INR.

Since ur stay/work in Uk is very short period you can claim your INR earnings with uplift ratio;

Also I believe as i was on Business Visa so i did not had any earnings as such. I was just getting the subsistence allowance.
