Unused Tier 1 Gen Visa

Post by atul4sap » Thu Apr 15, 2010 10:47 am

Hi All,

I have valid visa till Feb 2012 but unfortunately due to recession period I could not get settle in UK and returned back to India, currently I am working in India, Due to some personal reason I am not able to go now back to UK.
I have two queries:

1)if in worst case I can not go back to UK but would want my extension being in India. If my India salary is equivalent to UK based required salary.
Please let me know if its possible.
2)If I cant use my current visa, Can I again apply for 2012 for a fresh Tier 1 Gen visa?

Thanks for attentions and reply.

Regards,
Atul
