Does an Isle Of Man Tier1 exist?

Does a separate Tier1 system exist for Isle Of Man. The below link dated December 1 2009 from Isle Of Man Govt mentions one such system.

Do any body know the current status of this ? Is this implemented ? If so , Is the point system / eligibility criteria same as existing UK Tier1 (post Apr 7 changes).

An employer in IOM is ready to give me sponsorship (IOM work permit) for a permanent position of 2 years.

But I prefer an IOM Tier1, as it is more flexible.(independent work rights)

I am assuming UK Tier1 is not applicable in IOM.

As I can't this information any where else, any tips will be highly appreciated . Thanks
